Mega actor Varun Tej needs a solid hit to get back into the race. The actor is on a break and he has been in talks for a prestigious big-budget film for top corporate biggie Sony Pictures. This happens to be the 13th film and an official announcement is made today. Set in the backdrop of Air Force and inspired by the real life incidents, the film will be directed by Shakti Pratap Singh Hada. Made on a huge budget, the film will be shot in Telugu and Hindi languages simultaneously. The makers will announce the details of the cast, crew members soon.

Sony Pictures International Productions & Rennaisance Pictures are the producers. "Bravery that knows no bounds, celebrating the valour of Indian Air Force. Get ready to witness the battle in the skies on the big screen, taking off soon!" posted Varun Tej. The shoot starts soon. Varun Tej lost enough weight for the role and his lean look is out recently. The film will have its release during the second half of 2023. Varun Tej also signed a film in the direction of Praveen Sattaru and the shoot commences in London very soon.
